Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please note payment will be shown on your statement as ‘1-2-1 (Animal Handling) Products Ltd’ We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal etc. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.
Price
All prices are exclusive of transport, packing and VAT.
For UK customers, VAT is charged at the rate of 20%
Our quotations lapse after 30 days (unless otherwise stated).
Unless otherwise stated, the price quoted is an illustrative estimate only and the price charged will be our price current at the time of delivery.
Rates of tax and duties on the goods will be those applying at the time of delivery.
At any time before delivery we may adjust the price to reflect any increase in our costs of supplying the goods.
In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery Schedule
All delivery times quoted are estimates only.
If we fail to deliver within a reasonable time after the quoted delivery time, you may
(by informing us in writing) cancel the contract, however:
1 - you may not cancel if we receive your notice after the goods have been dispatched; and
2 - if you cancel the contract, you can have no further claim against us under that contract.
If you accept delivery of the goods after the estimated delivery time, it will be on the basis that you have no claim against us for delay (including indirect or consequential loss, or increase in the price of the goods).
We may deliver the goods in installments. Each installment is treated as a separate contract.
We may decline to deliver if we believe that it would be unsafe, unlawful or unreasonably difficult to do

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. We sincerely hope it won't happen, but if you are dissatisfied with the goods that are shipped, please do not hesitate to contact us.
All refunds will be made within 10 business days of the goods being returned to us, but you should note that refunds to some accounts may take a few days longer to reach your account. None of the above affects your statutory rights. All sales are governed by the relevant UK law.

1-2-1 Products Ltd. do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive
Damaged/Faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and returned within 7 days of receipt.
All other goods should be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Goods should be unused and undamaged in their original packaging, with your details enclosed, so we can trace returns to the purchaser.
The exception to this are the Venom Defender Gloves Hexarmor R8E 3180 due ot the nature of the applications.
Postage will not be refunded and returns are subject to a 15% handling charge.

Venom Defender Animal Handling Gloves (Hercules™ 3180 R8E).
Venom Defender Animal Handling Gloves are intended as an extra line of security and should not be taken as a substitute of good handling techniques. Although not guaranteed to be puncture proof Venom Defender Animal Handling Gloves are highly puncture and needle-stick resistant (level 5). Venom Defender Animal Handling Gloves are effectively used against puncture wounds. Trusted by many zoo and aquarium experts around the world.
Each and every person wanting to use these gloves for such dangerous activities as handling venomous snakes, or other reptiles, marine animals and mammals must do so on the understanding that they are fully responsible for their own actions. The handling of venomous snakes, other reptiles, marine animals or mammals should only ever be attempted by a trained expert.
Wear & tear is not an option, especially when handling venomous snakes. When gloves are damaged we strongly recommend that these should be replaced.
Venom Defender Animal Handling Gloves are ultimately not designed for this purpose and service life cannot be specified as this depends on application and responsibility of the user to ascertain suitability of the glove for its intended use.

Venom Defender Animal Handling Gloves should be stored in dry conditions in its original package. When gloves are stored as recommended these will not suffer change in mechanical properties for up to 5 years from the date of manufacture.
Venom Defender Animal Handling Gloves are machine washable at 30c and will dry within 6 hours. Venom Defender Animal Handling Gloves are not waterproof.
EC TYPE-EXAMINATION CERTIFICATE (EC Directive 89/686/EEC) Number EC85738; Hypodermic Needle Puncture Resistance, which for (3180 R8E) is Level 5 (highest).
