Well, then read on as we are excited to inform you of not one, but two opportunities to embark on an incredible adventure! Our friends at H.E.R.P. are organising Herpetological Education and Research Projects to Morocco and to India this year.

You have all been waiting very patiently!
We hereby officially announce our two Herpetological Expeditions this fall...
Next to the scorching deserts of the Sahara, we'll also be visiting the lush jungles of Northern India! Of course, not without good reason to!
Expedition Morocco, September 2017
As in last year, the Morocco Expedition is filled to the brim with adventure. We'll be crossing vast desert plains and beautiful oases in search of some of the most iconic reptile species.
Next to the pitch black Moroccan cobra, you'll have the chance to encounter horned vipers, puff adders, Mediterranean chameleons and many other incredible herp, mammal, arthropod and bird species!
Besides looking around for animals, we'll be actively helping the local populations as well!
Morocco is riddled with cisterns, wells and pits used for pipe lines and water collection.
Every year, many animals fall into these wells making them their graves...
These pits cause many deaths and can even threaten the existence of entire populations. One of our main objectives will be to locate the cisterns, rescue the animals inside and seal them off completely!
We'll be staying in a fantastic oasis in the middle of a vast desert and enjoy all the finer tastes Morocco has to offer!
Expedition India, October 2017
First of its kind is the India Expedition! In this grand journey, we'll be joining a team of biologists in the North of India to an area not many have seen before!
This lush rainforest habitat is completely cut off from civilisation and houses some of the most exciting wildlife on Earth!
Together with the team we'll be crossing rivers into unknown territory, sharing our surroundings with Bengal tigers, red panda's, clouded leopards, king cobra's and many other wonderful animal species!
On various locations throughout the North of India, we'll be on the lookout for species entirely new to science and we'll help out in collecting valuable data for the local biologists!
On this once in a lifetime expedition we'll spend nights in the middle of the jungle under the canopy, 60 km's away from the modern world and enjoy the hospitality of different local tribes.
Are you in? For Morocco? India?... Or both?
To stay updated on our expeditions, let us know with an email and we'll soon let you in on all the details on prices, info nights and dates!
